Warranty Policy

 

 

 

Your Franklin and Ben furniture product will be replaced or repaired at our option, at no cost to you, for 1 year from the date of purchase from an authorized Franklin and Ben retailer. Our warranty protects you against damage that is the result of a manufacturing defect and is non-transferrable from the original owner.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:

• Damage that is the result of improper storage, installation, negligent misuse, or products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer

 

• Normal wear and tear or commercial use

 

• Items bought as used or secondhand products, including items that served as floor models

 

• Items that have been altered by an unauthorized 3rd party repair person
