Because of our commitment to support local retailers, only accessories and swatches are available for purchase on-site. For these items, shipping charges are dependent on the total price of your order.
We are currently experiencing extraordinary delays from our shipping partners as we approach the 2020 Holiday Season. Please anticipate an additional delay of 5-7 business days to the ship times posted below. To receive orders by Dec 24th, we recommend making your purchase no later than December 9th. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates at this time.
Franklin and Ben ships to the contiguous 48 United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations.

Shipping times quotes include:
- 1 business day where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment
- Orders received by 11:30AM PST will ship the same business day
- Orders received after 11:30AM will ship the next business day
- Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse
- Our smallest packages (fabric and wood swatches) ship via Smart Post, with the final delivery is handled by USPS
- Delivery time for these orders is about 7-10 business days
- No signature is required upon delivery for Small Parcel or Smart Post
- Unfortunately, we are unable to upgrade the shipping service or speed
