Because of our commitment to support local retailers, only accessories and swatches are available for purchase on-site. For these items, shipping charges are dependent on the total price of your order. For a full list of shipping rates, see our Shipping Policy.
Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Delivery time is 4-8 business days. No signature is required for this delivery. Our smallest packages (fabric and wood swatches) ship via FedEx SmartPost with the final delivery handled by USPS. Delivery time for these orders is about 7-10 business days.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders
To request a cancellation, please email cancellation@franklinandben.com. We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been processed through our warehouse.
