  Because of our commitment to support local retailers, only accessories and swatches are available for purchase on-site.  For these items, shipping charges are dependent on the total price of your order. For a full list of shipping rates, see our Shipping Policy.

   

  We are currently experiencing extraordinary delays from our shipping partners as we approach the 2020 Holiday Season. Please anticipate an additional delay of 5-7 business days to the ship times posted below. To receive orders by Dec 24th, we recommend making your purchase no later than December 9th. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates at this time.

   

  Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Delivery time is 2-7 business days. No signature is required for this delivery. Our smallest packages (fabric and wood swatches) ship via FedEx SmartPost with the final delivery handled by USPS. Delivery time for these orders is about 7-10 business days.

  To request a cancellation, please email cancellation@franklinandben.com. We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been processed through our warehouse.
